چکیده
Static and dynamic testing of specimens specially designed for studying the localization plastic deformation in AMg6 D16 alloys were performed on then electromechanical Testometric machine split Hopkinson pressure bar using StrainMaster system noninvasive measurement shape deformation. Displacement strain fields are plotted special-shaped subjected to static loading. Comparison between experimentally obtained results numerical simulation made with account kinetics microdefect accumulation examined material demonstrates good agreement accuracy ~20%. The tests their consideration evolution defect structure confirm concept mechanism associated processes microdefects.

HS DIC-system application for strain and displacement measurements under static-dynamic coupling loading
To study the deformation and fracture of sandstone under static-dynamic coupled load, a cylindrical specimen under pre-static axial and confining pressure was dynamically loaded using an improved split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB). Through the application of a special shape striker, stress equilibrium and nearly constant strain rate in specimen were achieved. During dynamic tests, the failure ...
متن کاملStrain gradient plasticity under non-proportional loading
A critical examination is made of two classes of strain gradient plasticity theories currently available for studying micrometre-scale plasticity. One class is characterized by certain stress quantities expressed in terms of increments of strains and their gradients, whereas the other class employs incremental relationships between all stress quantities and the increments of strains and their g...

Osteocytes, the major type of bone cells which reside in their lacunar and canalicular system within the bone matrix, function as biomechanosensors and biomechanotransducers of the bone. Although biomechanical behaviour of the osteocyte-lacunar-canalicular system has been investigated in previous studies mostly using computational 2-dimensional (2D) geometric models, only a few studies have use...
